Nema Vand: "Raquel Wanted to Hook Up With Ariana Not Tom"

Raquel Leviss’ ex Nema Vand – from Bravo’s Shahs of Sunset – claimed she informed him of a telling conversation she had with Tom Sandoval before their affair.

According to Nema, who briefly dated the Vanderpump Rules star, Raquel said Tom claimed he and Ariana Madix were in an “open thing.” She also allegedly told Nema that she’d “never” hook up with Sandoval, though she would with Ariana.

“Tom allegedly was like, ‘You know, we have an open thing, like, we can hook up with whoever we want,’” said Nema on Scheana Shay‘s Scheananigans podcast, shared by @cici.loves.you on Instagram.

The conversation between Tom and Raquel allegedly took place in a “hot tub,” where they “watched the sunrise together.”

Nema suggested, however, that Raquel suspected Tom’s intentions and believed he was simply “planting the seed” for a potential “hookup.”

“She knew exactly what he was doing,” said Nema.

According to Nema, Raquel said she wouldn’t hook up with Sandoval.

“I was like, ‘Oh, would you ever do that like would you ever consider that?’ And she’s like, ‘No no no I would never,’” Nema shared, via Page Six. “She’s like, ‘I would hook up with Ariana though, I wouldn’t hook up with Tom.’”

In the final reunion episode, Raquel shared more details about the affair.

“I mean I even suggested maybe like, ‘What would Ariana think about like having me as an addition?’ And [Sandoval] was like, ‘No no no she would not be into that,’” said the 28-year-old.

“I love Ariana as a person and then also I’m in love with Tom Sandoval, so yeah it didn’t seem that far-fetched of an idea, but it was not something in question. God, he’s gonna kill me I just hate lying so much.”
